Badminton Time VR is a family-friendly multiplayer sports game. It has confirmed that a PlayStation VR2 launch date will be next month. Badminton Time VR was developed by Belgian developer Fishing Cactus. It is a multiplayer game for the whole family that originally released on Nintendo Switch as a flatscreen version. Decathlon and Perp Games, who published the VR version on Quest in November last year, confirmed that it will be coming to PlayStation VR2 from June 17th. Badminton Time VR includes courts such as the North Pole, tropical islands, and a PS VR2 Exclusive ‘Mini Europe” map. The game can be played alone, online against AI opponents, or 1v1 and 2-v2-matches. The avatars can be customized with different outfits, rackets and mini-games. Badminton Time VR also includes an arcade mode, which is separate from the more realistic mode that focuses solely on the racket-sport. It offers power ups including ghost shuttlecocks, octopus, which obscures vision, and wind manipulation that can change the shuttlecocks trajectory. Badminton Time Virtual Reality will be available digitally for
on June 17th, followed by the physical edition on July 11th. You can get it now at
