Pistol Whip is getting three power metal scenes next month with the Voidslayer Collection.
Marking the last update in the Cloudhead Games’ current Pistol Whip roadmap, the Voidslayer Collection will add three new scenes across June. Hero’s Dawn, the first scene, is inspired by classic power metal, fantasy movies, tabletop roleplaying, and film. The currently unnamed second and third scenes will follow on June 13 and June 20.
On PlayStation Blog, Cloudhead also detailed two new modifiers: ‘Colour Match’ color-coordinates your weapons with enemies, so only guns of matching colors can hurt them. You can also use a ricochet to send your opponent’s bullets in the opposite direction. It’s also the first major update to
in 2024. This follows 2023’s massive slate of updates, which included Pistol Whip as well as five monthly scenes: official modding tool, Shred, Nobody Wants You, Good News, and Majesty.
