Get Ready to Unleash Your Inner Evangelion Pilot in Virtual Reality

VR enthusiasts, mark your calendars! Pixelity Inc is hosting a public preview event on September 25th in San Francisco for EVANGELION: Δ CROSS REFLECTIONS, an upcoming XR game based on the iconic ’90s anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. This highly anticipated experience promises to transport players into the world of Tokyo-3 and NERV Headquarters like never before.

The demo will feature early builds of both the game’s “Story Mode” and “Battle Mode,” allowing attendees to get hands-on with the immersive VR gameplay. But that’s not all – Pixelity is also offering a unique AR experience, featuring a major Evangelion character, as well as a VR recreation of memorable areas from the original series.

As a NERV officer cadet, players will embark on their own story, interacting with beloved characters and overcoming struggles as an inexperienced member of the team. This is more than just a nostalgic nod to the classic anime – EVANGELION: Δ CROSS REFLECTIONS promises to deliver a fresh narrative that crosses paths with the world of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

The event will take place near Union Square in San Francisco, with approximately 80 attendees selected by lottery from among general applicants. Don’t worry about breaking the bank – admission is free! To sign up, simply fill out the application form and wait for notification if you’re one of the lucky few to be chosen.

As VR gaming continues to push boundaries and innovate storytelling, it’s exciting to see how Pixelity Inc is merging the worlds of anime and virtual reality. With EVANGELION: Δ CROSS REFLECTIONS set to release sometime in 2027 on both VR and MR platforms, this is just a taste of what’s to come.

The impact of this event goes beyond just a preview – it signifies the growing interest in immersive entertainment experiences that blur the lines between the physical and digital worlds. As VR continues to evolve, we can expect more innovative collaborations like this one, bringing beloved franchises to life in entirely new ways.

If you’re as excited as we are about the potential of VR gaming, mark your calendars for September 25th and get ready to join the fight against the Angels in a whole new dimension.
