UploadVR’s biannual Showcase takes place every June* and in December. It features the latest VR and MR experience. Indie creators as well as larger studios have relied on UploadVR for years to premiere their exclusive teasers and trailers during the online event. Thank you

The showcase for this season has been moved back by a month to accommodate holidays, employee leaves, and…because the UploadVR Team will be attending the OISOI Studio conference in June! It was logical to move our showcase to give us and our applicants plenty of time to prepare final videos and to submit them. What is the process for submitting my game to UploadVR’s Showcase? Please fill out form AWE to submit a game for the UploadVR Showcase or sponsor the showcase. AWE UploadVR selects participants in what way? We look for uniqueness, oddity and interest. We want Showcases to mix large-scale projects by well-known teams with small-scale work from individual creators. We are open to future submissions. Not all projects will fit into a Showcase. However, we aim to give our audience a wide view of whats interesting and fun in VR.
We ask that you commit to placing an embargo on your content/announcements and that the content/announcement will be released first in our showcase. We encourage people to take part in any showcases or events they can. The only exclusivity clause that we enforce is the content/announcement that you provide us until the premiere of our showcase. When will I find out if my application has been accepted? UploadVR will evaluate applications as they arrive and contact applicants as soon as possible with a yes or no.
Deadline for final video submission is June 25, 2025. Videos must be submitted in 1080p, 4k or 30-60fps.
