Pavel’s Gulag Getout is a “rage-quit-inducing” penguin-themed VR climbing game coming to Quest and Steam.
Co-developed by VR content creator Brandon ‘ChubbierSnail‘ Smith and Mindway, who previously released its namesake VR meditation app, Pavel’s Gulag Getout is the game’s tentative name. Using only a sickle and a hammer, Pavel must climb up a large ice wall, using his “wits, determination and athleticism” in order to be reunited. This announcement does not show gameplay, but rather explains the basic concept of the game and shows several storyboards.
