Gaijin announced
will be available on SteamVR by Q4 of 2024. It comes with “two dozen iconic planes” which are immediately unlocked, as well as 15 maps representing three major World War 2 theatres: Eastern Front, Western Europe and Pacific Ocean. Online multiplayer lets you squad up with friends, and this also contains single-player scenarios.
This isn’t the only Aces of Thunder news we’ve recently seen. Gaijin Entertainment released more information about Aces of Thunder last month. This includes the Yak-9 and Yak-3 as well as the La-5N and IL-2. The studio previously revealed the
, which includes the P-63 Kingcobra dive bomber, P-47 Thunderbolt fighter, P-51 Mustang and SB2C Helldiver. The studio has not confirmed if this Steam version had always been planned along with PSVR 2 or whether the plans changed. We have contacted them for more information. Soviet aircraft
