The Mixed Reality Racer track craft is now fully playable in VR

Former mixed reality exclusive Track Craft now includes an immersive VR mode, and it’s heading to the main Quest Store in August.

Following last year’s early access launch, Track Craft from Brainz Gamify received a major update that adds an MR/VR toggle to “seamlessly” switch between both modes. The update includes two different camera views: the cockpit and third-person perspectives that follow your car. The studio states it also introduced a “significant” visual upgrade.

Elsewhere, Track Craft’s new update implements a ‘Head-to-Head’ multiplayer mode that lets you race with friends. Brainz Gamify has also implemented a League-based point system that tracks player rankings. The Track Editor allows you to design your own tracks. Track Craft is also moving from AppLab to Quest Store at “the end of August.” The upcoming update includes two new track packs, a Garage to customize cars, and real time multiplayer using a shared area with Avatars. Track Craft’s price will increase to $20.01 when it is released.
