Meta’s CTO seems to have a Quest 3S in the background of a video he posted on Threads.
Andrew Bosworth shared a Threads video comparing Quest 3 passthrough on v66 to v65 showing off the significant reduction in distortion. Bosworth’s video begins with the same scene that Meta shared in to UploadVR but then switches to what looks like a home-office. The headset looks like it has cameras in the front and sides. It is thicker, but less curved, than Quest 2. The apparent Quest 3S headset was spotted on X by VR enthusiast
