The object of Puzzle Sculp is to create a form from floating blocks using logic, and perhaps a little luck. It is only accessible with the passthrough view on, and at this time, it does not allow for multitasking. Puzzle Sculpt requires your full attention, and there is a tutorial that will guide you through its mechanics. If you have a row with zero on its face, then it’s easy to remove them, as there is nothing in that row. To wash away the blocks, you pinch your fingers and move them in the direction the block row is located. It’s like wiping a Tetris line off a tower. The clearing action works even when all of the rows are occluded on the rear of the object. This gives the sculpture a sense of its presence as an item in your room. The idea is to remove blocks that you know don’t fit while marking those you are sure do. You can also mark off the blocks that have a 3 on their front if there are 3 total. Puzzle Sculpt is a game that reminds me of Minesweeper, which I played on old PCs in the 90s. I also solved sudoku puzzles by hand. Schell Games’ Puzzle Sculpt can be found on Apple Arcade at
